Thank you for your query. Actually this is occuring due to the update issue which will be delayed for J2store update. Because, J2store extension provider didn't make compatibility with Joomla4. That's why we are also waiting for the J2store update.

Have you updated your system plugin of Helix3 recently? If yes, is it possible for you to revert back to your last working backed up version?

The Shopin template doesn't get the latest version of helix3 and Joomla 4 compatibility update because of the dependency on the third party shop management extension J2store. Once the template gets an update you can perform the update operation, until then kindly do not update the system plugin of your framework.

You may try the older helix3 system plugin to see if it helps:

plg_system_helix3_2.5.8.zip

Please make sure you have a full site backup now before trying anything new.
