Accordion Back Vs Front

Hello,
I hope you are all doing well. In regards to the accordion addon, is there a way to build elements inside it that are horizontally laid out? Like you would with a sp page row. 12 columns divided however you wish. eg. 4+8=12
I can only figure out how to add them one by one inside the accordion which has all chose items all laid out vertically.
Alternatively, maybe is there a way you could add a sp page as an item inside the accordion? Then you could build out the contents of each of the accordion elements as you wish and still have the benefit of the accordion. I am using this in a directory listing way where i would need a photo, text info, google map etc.

Thank you for your reply. By your comment "This is not practical too" may i assume you are referring to the second part of my question where i posed the question about attaching/embedding a separate page in the accordion? I wasnt holding my breath in regards to that option but thought i would ask anyway.
How about the first and main part of my question? Is there any way to arrange the addons/elements that you include in the accordion horizontally rather than just vertically? Thank you again, I await your reply.
