As it seems your website is not in english, you may need to translate yours!

Helix, like any other template, includes .ini file which contains all of the English terms we used. Don't worry, you should translate only single file:

language\en-GB\en-GB.tpl_shaper_helixultimate.ini

Hello Rashida, thank you very much. Unfortunately, it did not work. Maybe I did something wrong in advance:

• I had (for me for safety) at some point copied both the template: (shaper_helixultimate --> Tba_helix) as well as copied the style: (shaper_helixultimate - Default --> shaper_helixultimate - Default_tba).

• THESE two "TbA..." I use.

Now, as you suggested, I downloaded the file :

en-GB.tpl_shaper_helixultimate.ini

and translated* first only a few lines in the "Coming Soon" section, and uploaded the file as : de-DE.tpl_shaper_helixultimate.ini

to the folder language\de-DE\ via FTP.

For security reasons I also deleted the file : language\en-GB\en-GB.tpl_shaper_helixultimate.ini

via FTP on the server.

Nothing changes in the backend in my shaper_helixultimate - default_tba style I use.

BUT in the "old" style shaper_helixultimate - Default! There the template-menu appears correctly, and it also falls back to the de_DE...ini, which was partly overridden by me.

One more thing: I tried to copy the style shaper_helixultimate - Default_tba with the style open, but I get the error message: "Save failed. Error: field 'params' does not have a default value".

May be it's about the fact, that my copied template "Tba_helix" is not valued as "Default"? But I cannot change that .... also in the first helixultmate template not, and even in the Casiopeia, wich came with Jooomla firs...

Perhaps THAT may be a clue as to where the error is?! THE page itself, SpaceBuilder etc are working correctly.

*) By the way, of course I will be happy to translate the en-GB.tpl_shaper_helixultimate.ini completely into German, and make it available to you :-)

Really sorry for the unwanted delay!

As you can see the default template working fine with the method, and not the renamed one. Yes, it is the issue with renaming the template. It's better to rename the template before installation. We have guide that may help:

Joomla "Copy Template" button never copied any files. It does not make 2nd alternative/different template. It's still this same template but you can use different options inside.

The Copy Template action did not copy the sppagebuilder sub-folder, the webfonts sub-folder, nor the en-GB.tpl_shaper_helixultimate.ini file. You need to copied those, renamed the .ini file to use name of your template copy (copyoftheTemplate), and the pages may appear closer to original template.

If you have custom.css file in template A, you have to copy that template also to template "B" /css/ folder. Sometimes you have to also copy current template settings from Template A to B.

Missing folders or files you have to copy manually. Just compare what is missing. Joomla copy tool may not copy all. It doesn't depends on us, it's Joomla! core feature.
