No Success Message After Contact Form Submission

Hello,
I have this error:
No success message after contact form Submission or apointment Submission.
I use the nuron quickstart template.
I see that the same Problem is on the Demo site. Only loading and loading...
I put my emails on the contact form and sp medical doctors emails.

Accepted AnswerJust loading and loading and loading. I move the site to another hosting (siteground) - same thing. Changed the doctors email - same.

Accepted AnswerIt looks like a bug. I have shared the issue with the developer. It will be fixed in the next update. So far, I have seen that Appointments are added on SP Medical -> Appointments. The issue is the loading never stops.
