Helix Off-canvas Menu Issue

In Helix Ultimate 2.0.7 the off-canvas menu does not show expaanded menu items. What am I missing? https://candlewood.brand24llc.com/

Also, under the "services" menu on top - why does the first item (system link) have a different font?

For the first issue: please add the following css rule in custom css

body.ltr .offcanvas-menu .offcanvas-inner ul.menu > li.menu-parent > .nav-header > .menu-toggler {
    right: 0px;
}
