Impossible To Duplicate Template

Hi, After a brand fresh installation of the Wayne Corp template (in Joomla 4), I currently can't duplicate it in order to then customize it as I need... Here is the error message I get:"L'enregistrement a échoué avec l'erreur suivante : Field 'params' doesn't have a default value" Can you help?

Well, what I did isn't really a solution to this problem and moreover you didn't give me any solution at this point...

Furthermore, when opening the Template style, I get: "Missing webfonts.json file. Please go to advanced > Font Settings and add Google Font Api and update." Maybe a clue on what's going on?
