Restora Template, Impossible To Save Change In Template Options

Hi,
I'm working on local environment.
Impossible to save anything in the template options.
For example if I change the header's height, nothing change on the site.
Of course I clear the cache of my browser.
Any idea ?

Accepted AnswerI can only guess that is that one theme.scss
REMEMBER THAT file should have name "theme.scss" on your server !
Download, unzip and replace old file with a new one
Path: templates/shaper_restora/scss/theme.scss

- Template Options > Advanced > Compression > Compress CSS files: OFF (grey)
- Try also Template Options > Advanced > Compile SCSS to CSS : On (blue)
Then try again change header height value etc.
On localhost we cannot help more

CSS compression is off since the installation.
For SCSS to CSS I have to desactivate it otherwise I have a PHP error on the "live" site :

Accepted AnswerOh, so keep header as you have now, and later on real WWW, I will take look inside.
probably some changes has to be done inside scss file(s)
