Why Can't I Save The Changes To The CUISINE Template?

I'm working with the CUISINE template on Joomla version 5.4, and I've had to reinstall it three times from scratch because now it won't let me make changes to the pages in SP Builder Pro, especially the homepage. If I leave the .htaccess file intact, no pages from the original template are lost, but I can't make any changes and have them saved.
However, if I modify the .htaccess file, it lets me save some pages, but they no longer appear in the browser.
I have all the permissions and highest values in my PHP 8.4.
Can you help me with this, please?

Accepted AnswerPlease try making a change to the homepage. Any text on the homepage, save it, and then try viewing it in your browser.
Go back to the same page and check that you made the changes; you'll see that they aren't being saved.
Please make a change to the homepage, and you'll see what I mean.

Accepted AnswerI can see the issue — it looks like multiple modules are being used, which may be causing the conflict. Try deleting the existing modules and reinstalling them; this should resolve the problem.
There might be a problem with one of the modules themselves.

Accepted AnswerThanks for replying, but what you said about the Module isn't very clear; I don't think it's related to the problem.
No additional Modules have been installed; the installation is 100% clean, and it won't let me make changes or save them.
Any changes I make to any SP Builder page overwrite my changes, and the original CUISINE page or template is reverted.
