I have installed a custom template: Travelia
It comes with Helix3- Template (2.0.0)
When i install the Ultimate-Template it is listed as another Template.
Can i update the Traveli-template to Helix Ultimate and keep all the nice styling?

Indeed, those are two different Template frameworks. No easy migration. As I know we don't plan to change framework inside "old" templates. Until Helix3 works for you - nothing to worry.
