Text Shrinking On Page Load

Hi,
The regular text keeps shrinking on page load. I thought it was caused by an upgrade of another component but apparently it is a css element as follows:
style attribute { font-size: 80%; }
Can you please tell me where this code is stored so I can change it to 100%? I have not set this in custom css so guessing it is the defaul in the template files or SPPageBuilder?

are you sure it's from our extensions or template - not from accessibility plugin for example?
Use Code Inspector from your browser and double check from what it's loaded/used.

Accepted AnswerI had this same problem when I was using Screen Reader plugin by first time, so that's why I suggested to start from that.

DJ-Accessibility - seems to be much better.

it now works beautifully. It was a simple matter of changing the settings in the plugin. Should you ever go back to it, here is the link to sort it. In my case I added 100 for the character size then enabled the Font size with minimized toolbar:
