Custom Font In Helix And Pagebuilder

Hi.
I have a client that works with a world wide car company. My client wants to use the same special font as the car company.
How can I use this font on my clients website? I got the files delivered to me and the format is is Open type.
I would like to use the font in text blocks in Page builder but the most important thing is to use it as a preset on all headings on the website.
Is it possible to make it an option in the font list that appears in both Helix and for example text block addons?

Extra tip! If site use more than one default language, I suggest to use whole path URL (with https) in custom.css for font files.
