Contact Form Not Sending Success Message

I am using SP Page Builder Pro Version: 3.8.6 in Joomla 4. I've set the email servers to use PHP so it's not an SMTP issue.
When I submit an email within the form, there's no success message displayed. It just clears out the form. There's no error message saying that I've missed a required field. And the "missing required field" function IS working so it's not that.
I'm sure I have some setting incorrect, but I've searched previous posts similiar to this inquiry and can't come to a solution. Please advise

Please go to your Contact page and in the Form Builder Email Template settings, use a Recipient Email Address which is not the same as From Email Address. I have tested the page and changed in the Email Body variables and used the correct ones.

I'm still confused then on what the recipeint email address is then. Could you please explain further or point me somewhere that explains?
