Hi, i just reniew my licence for SP Page Builder. Not sure if i had to but i past the Licence from the dashboard on my joomla backend, clear joomla cache, but it still asking for email and licence key on the editor. Thanks in advance

Hi,

You will get all related info there:

And please make sure you have input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close. and then clear your browser and Joomla cache. The email should be the one you have account with us! Please give me a screenshot of that page if you have already put them!

Most importantly, You have to copy the license key from your Joomshaper Dashboard. I have attached a screenshot for your ease: https://prnt.sc/vesh66

Update from 3.6.10 to 3.7.9 successfull Licence key updated email address correct (unchanged) Joomla cache cleared Browser cache cleared Still asking for mail and licence key

Also, it shows this message "SP Page Builder database update required" when i proceed, then it show this message "Database update required SP Page Builder has been updated. To keep things running smoothly, we need to update your database. We strongly recommend you to take a backup in case anything goes wrong. Table

__sppagebuilder_integrations

Mismatch found on the field: title, expected default value: '', found: n/a

I'm really not a expert, should i continue safely or i'm i exposed to mess if doing so?

Hi,

Yes, you can proceed through the SP Page Builder database update button.

Taking full backup is recommended always before performing anything!

And I need your email address and screenshot of that page to check your issue.

I just update another site and it still request as well email & Licence key to access "Blocks" in the front editor On this website as well it was requested a database update which i did but nothing change, still SPB full features are not activated... the issue seems recurent...

There might be other email address of you, please give me to check!

Or you can check it from your edit profile option of the Joomshaper account to see which one you have used while created the account with us!

This is yes the email address i use to register my acc with you in 2018! This is the email address displayed on my profile This is the email address where i receive yesterday the confirmation of my licence renewal I don't understand Can you check on your end? Thanks

Sorry for the delay!

Can you confirm this is the right spelling of your email? as it is not in our database ofcourse and I gave you a screenshot of this!

And give me your Joomshaper username so that I can check with the username!

I found the problem on my own and it works now. I case of renewal, even if your email address is already displayed in the "Option/Licence&Update" tab, you need to erase and re type it, then paste the activation code from your Jomshaper dashboard. In my case, it works even without cleaning joomla or browser cashes.... I wait almost 24h for an answer...i hope this would be helpeful to somebody.... Thanks anyway
