Contact Form Css Changed After Updates

I am using Helix 3 and SP page builder, both the latest versions, and Joomla 3.10.9. After updates the contact form CSS changed - the Name field is offset to the right. https://allpartytents.com/contact-us Can you help me fix it?

The fields and field names should all be aligned:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Subject
  • Message.

Added this css code inside the custom.css file. Please check now. 

.control-group {
    margin-bottom: 16px;
    padding-top: 20px;
}
