Contact Formular "send Button" Not Working After Joomla 5 Update

Hi, After an update from Joomla 4.9 to Joomla 5.2.1 the send button on a standard contact formular in SPPB will not work. Nothing happen when clicking on it. Please help

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Could you please confirm if you’re using reCAPTCHA v3 on the contact form?

Hello, I've the same problem after updating joomla. I disabled catcha in the setting but it still doesn't work!

Hi, I have disabled thereCaptcha but still not working. I dont know which version. but the newest sppb.
