Contact Formular "send Button" Not Working After Joomla 5 Update

Hello, after Updating Joomla to 5.2. the "send button" whithin form builder doesn´t work anymore. I disabled rechaptca or tried to use default captcha - but nothing changed. It doesn't work anymore. there is no info, no error message.

we use page builder version 5.4.2.
when I trie to use google captcha (V3) there's now an error message saying "invalid rechapta" You can test it here on the end of the home-site https://www.horse-bodyforming.com/
