Some Problem Occurred, Please Try Again.

Hi Guys,
Getting the following error for the optin addon.
"Some problem occurred, please try again."
I have double checked to make sure the API and list is correct. I've also created a new API and it's still not working.
I'm out of ideas - any help getting this working would be greatly appreciated.

Accepted AnswerI have checked opt-in form with mailchimp and it works fine. I didn't use your API key. I think your API key has an problem. Thanks

Just as an FYI - this was working a few weeks ago and has now suddenly stopped working.
I'm not certain what other details you require - can you please expand on what you need?
