Formbuilder Stopped Working After Migration

Hi,

I just migrated a site from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4.

It appears that the contact form created with form builder stopped working: https://www.cdc97150.com/us/get-an-appointment First try, nothing happens, second try it says the captcha is not valid (but it is valid).

Can you please help?

Hello

Apologies for the inconvenience. Are you using the latest version of Form Builder? Also, you need to check the captcha if you've enabled that plugin. Without checking that, your contact form won't be submitted. Please make sure you've checked the captcha before sending mail. Also please disable the invisible captcha plugin from your joomla plugins.

Hi Arida,

I already checked the Invisible recaptcha code, infos are corect. It was working before upgrading. And it's not linked to Google Recaptcha: even if I disable recaptcha, the form doesn't work and is not sent.

Latest version of form builder? Where can I find it?

Subject field should be {{subject}} | {{site-name}} instead of Demande de rendez-vous | {{email}} | Cabinet Dentaire des Caraïbes

Another question: if I remember correctly, the sender used to receive a copy of their message. They don't anymore?

When someone was submitting a message from the form, they used to receive a copy of their message by email. They don't anymore? Following my tests, the admin receives the form elements by mail but the sender doesn't receive anything anymore
