Problem With Custom.css

Hi, I made a website on Helix Ultimate 2.0.9. The website was created on the working server and after the work was completed it was moved to the final server. Everything was fine on the working server, I could freely edit the custom.css file, but after moving the website, problems with the .css file started.

The website does not load the custom.css file, it helps to partially compress the file on template settings, but the pictures are not loaded then.

I found a solution to call the .css file with the changed name saved in the template options, but I treat it as a workaround, not a solution.

The more so because such a created file, despite changes in the code, has no effect on the page! As if the cache was writing / blocking it somewhere. Very annoying: /

What could be the reason why the custom.css file is not loading properly?

Unfortunately, the problem persists. I added a color change for 'a href' and can't see the color change on the website.

I can't even see it in the console file in my browser. I checked different browsers on two computers.

Code around the 730 line

hash sp-component .rsseo_links_small a { color: #4f0000; }

Did you changed administrator access?

No, I didn't change my password. The option forcing a password change was enabled in the back-office - you had to change it yesterday;)

Ok, problem solved - it turned out that the client has CloudFlare enabled on his domain. I didn't know about it and he didn't give me this information. CloudFlare caches css and js files therefore it was not possible to change styles.

Sorry for the mess :) Thank you for your support - have a nice day

Best regadrs, Gregory
