Mega Menu Part Width Issue

Hello
I've tried all the setting for the mega menu and the only one that displays the 4 columns corretly is "Alignment Full" I've tried the various width sizes and left it at 100% width.
The Megamanu has 4 colums and the only problem is the mega menu displays off page
You can go here to see the results select Training and Publication menu item abd you will see what I mean
What am I missing to diplay the menu properly

Please use the following code in your custom CSS:
.sp-megamenu-parent {position: static;}
Note: Path towards custom CSS(Joomla 3): Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.
