Header Doesn't Show Properly On Tablet And Smartphone On Joomla4

After fixing a similar problem on Joomla 3.10.9 I'm trying to migrate to Joomla 4 but the problem is showing again in a different shape.
The problem is the same on all the site pages

Apology for the inconvenience. I have removed the additional CSS and updated the template. Now, your production site looks goods without the CSS. Please check and let me know if you need further help.
