The Header Isn't Displayed Properly In The Tablet View

I have the following problem: when the header is displayed on my tablet, it should always remain visible while scrolling, just like in the PC view! It does stay visible, however, the header text overlaps the actual content. It's not fixed while scrolling, as it is in the PC view.

Hello, I don't understand. You have the link to my site!

This is the main page, when you open it on the tablet I see it as shown in the second screenshot

And that shouldn't be the case, it should be like the first screenshot

Use this CSS in your custom.css file

.sp-megamenu-parent > li > a, .sp-megamenu-parent > li > span, .sp-megamenu-parent .sp-dropdown li.sp-menu-item > a{
      font-size: 15px !important;
}

Hello, thank you. It works, but how come you have to insert a CSS command? That can't be allowed to happen. It should work straight away! What does it look like when I do an update? Does the CSS command remain?

You can use that CSS or you can do one thing, just reduce font size of menu from settings.

I have another problem. I have installed a Joomshaper contact form on my site. There is also a reCaptcha included. So-called phishing emails are sent from this contact form. How can I make the contact form even more secure?
