In my template options when I adjust the logo and header heights in mobile or tablet view they arent reflecting on the site properly, even after I clear cache. Any ideas? URL and directory access in private content...

Thanks for contacting us. As I see its working on my end. Because on Desktop version the logo height is 100px and on the mobile version it is 80px.

Hello, yes after updating helix framework and refreshing a few times it started to work...not sure why there is such a delay in the changes taking effect, but Im now seeing it working.

Hi,

I have the same issues with all the websites i update. After update header/logo sizes for ipad and mobile are wrong. When editing these sizes in Helix, nothing happens/changes. Also the background color of all sites is an old pink color. Hyperlinks are suddenly blue and footer/bottom colors are grey. I have to manually change all the colors and sizes back with custom css. Very annoying. Emptied cache multiple times, but no difference. Would like a quick fix that i can apply on all sites when this occurs.

Regards, Remco

Remco, yes Ive been experiencing the same issue, with multiple installs of Helix. The only way I got it to work was updating my Helix framework to the latest, and doing a series of Joomla and browser caches. The unpredictability of Helix is frustrating. Ive noticed that keeping the CSS > SCSS compiler ON during development is important to make sure the Template settings work (most of them). Hopefully they can find a permanent bug fix.
