Hello Joomshaper Team I create a form with Forms Builder. Now I would like to be able to select the customer only one selection box and not both at a few checkboxes is that possible? Is it possible to do this with Forms Builder?

Yes, possible. In that case you have to chose radio field, not checkbox. Please read HTML basics here: https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_forms.asp
Radio buttons let a user select ONE of a limited number of choices.
Checkboxes let a user select ZERO or MORE options of a limited number of choices.
