Offcanvas Menu Problem

Template 3 years ago

Hi, I have a problem with the offcanvas menu in the Helix Ultimate template. The sub-items are displayed in the main menu and can also be clicked. In the offcanvas menu I only see the first layer with the arrows. When I click the arrows, they turn down, but no menu sub-items appear. Please support. BR Al

Apology for the delay. I cannot access the administrator. Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. Then there will no restriction. I will check the backup on my localhost and share the fix with you.

I am glad, that it worked. The problem is that when the main menu is in the offcanvas menu it doesn't work the way it does in the mega menu. The sub-items are not visible. Or the arrows are not there or in the wrong place. We can live chat if you need more info.

Your issue is fixed now. Please check your site. You had Sub-menu items off for the offcanvas module in German language.

Please take a look at the last menu item in the offcanvas menu. There are subitems that are not clickable or the arrows are on the wrong place. Some of the menu sub-items are in bold type, others in normal type.

Yes, if needed the same CSS will work. You can use them in the same place of the template.

Thank you, it works. At second glance, it looks like the arrows that belong to each sub-menu item are half a line below those menu items. Is there any way to adjust this?
