Top2 Position is Not Shown For The Startpage

Template: Rental (Ultimate) Joomla: 3.9.24 PHP: 7.4.14
I running Falang and have the language switcher in the "hidden" top2 position. But for some reason it does not show up on the startpage of the site. Everyone else works fine. Module is set to show on all pages.
(And if i insert a new section in layout builder it always shows up under the menu even if I put it on top)

position: relative!important;
