I am using the template "Doctor" and the top2 module position appears lower than top1 position in Tablet view.

Thank you for your query.

Please add the following css rule in custom css section

 @media (min-width: 767px) and (max-width: 991px) {
    #sp-top1 , #sp-top2 {
        width: 50%;
        float: left;
    }
}
