You will see on the home page the image of the slider on the first line its not available. but when we click on the article we can see the image. the image is not visible on the Articles thumb slider on the home page i don't know why.

You should avoid special charecter, space, etc. You should keep it simple. e.g. name.jpg (tree.jpg, men.jpg, men1,jpg)
