I have some strange error messages:
I believe that the displayed errors do not affect the functionality of the gallery in the frontend. However, I have the problem that when uploading images, the upload process does not end (the displayed animation spins endlessly - however, after "Save" everything is probably O.K.).

Support for PHP 7.4 has expired, and I'm sure you're aware of that.
Besides, I use other Joomla4 installations with your actually really good Easy Image Gallery (And SP Page Builder PRO, I have since a long time a developer license here at JoomShaper).
And those Websites work well - under PHP 8.0, Joomla 4.X, Helix Ultimate, SP Page Builder Pro and Easy Image Gelleries - without any errors!:
