Error 403 When Not Logged In

Hello! I'm using Helix Ultimate (and Pagebuilder?) and tried to build a new website. As soon as I'm not logged in I get an 403-Error. Can you help? Honestly speaking I'm a bit confused of the whole thing. Not sure how/when using Helix, Pagebuilder or Joomla itself.
