so far you are the only person with that issue (I checked on my private sites and was OK), so please check:

1. If you have SPPB PRO version installed, not Lite. In some rare cases people after update gets Lite becuause of old update path in database.
2. Then use 2nd (alternative) browser to be sure it's not a browser cache mistake.

If somehow you have Lite version installed, just download manually Pro and reinstall.
