If I may...

ABout phone icon add that

#sp-top-bar i.fa.fa-phone {
  font-family: 'Font Awesome 5 Free'; }

and REMOVE that line that you added (!) is not fully correct:

#sp-top-bar i.fa {
  font-family: 'Font Awesome 5 Free' !important;
}

About social icons (after you will remove above line) and add below:

.fa.fa-twitter 
{font-family: "Font Awesome 5 Brands";}

all should be OK.

Please use this CSS to Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS

.fa-mobile-phone:before,
.fa-mobile:before{
    font-family: "Font Awesome 5 Free";
}

.fa-facebook:before{
    font-family: "Font Awesome 5 Brands";
}
