Article - Extra Space I Can't Identify

Hoping this is an easy one. I have created my first article, using SP Page Builder Pro and there is a section at the top which I can identify what it is so I can get rid of it. I am using the Joomla article as opposed to a SP PB Page as I want to try to use JFilters for filtering and I beleive that it looks at the Articles though I haven't spent much time with it. Also your demo site has the blog using artticle so though that would be the best choice Cheers
p.s. I have updated the image, the Social Icons in the red circle, bottom right also shouldn't be there. I have all social icons disabled where I found them, obviously missing a place, and they only show up in the Article

Accepted Answerwe have many useful tips, you can also use those from Helix Ultimate 1.x - 98% of them are also useful for HU 2.x
About Social Icons - I can only guess they are Social Share - so please try in Template Options - Blog - Details - Social Share - On/Off.

You forgot to tell me what template name you have.

Social Share - I remember seeing that somewhere, will have a hunt around, assume its part of Joomla 4.1
Template - I am using whatever came with Quickstart, the default option. I just started playing, removing stuff, adding my own stuff. Figured I would stick with it and get Pro since y'all put so much work into it. tbh, it is way "too much" for my simple, personal site and I am a complete novice in this stuff but nice product great support so here I be :-) Take care and thanks again for the help p.s. sorry to make ya work on a Sunday
