Contact Form Via Frombuilder Not Send

Hello,
On https://mooittegelsensainitair.trainingjoomla.nl/contact a made a contact form.
If fill in the form and try to send it is not working. It is not sending.
In de console i get the messe:

Why isn't it sending? What did i do wrong?

Accepted AnswerI just checked default form builder with new page and it works fine without having any issue. Will you please create a new page & load the form builder addon. Then check & let me know.
