Can't Edit Pages

I've upgraded to 2.0.10 helix ultimate, latest version of pagebuilder, and PHP 8.0 but having some major problems!
- Can't edit somethings in pages backend and get message page not responding at times.
- Can't edit on the frontend, get 404 error no matter what page I try to edit.
- Gets slow and unresponsive while editing
I've tried various browsers on both my pc and mac, same results.

Accepted AnswerNope, no matter what browser I use or whether its my pc, my mac or my iphone I get a frontpage 404 error when I launch the editor from the backend or frontend.
Also, on the team registration page I used the form generator and it's not sending an email and is not presenting any error other than no email being received and I've checked spam folders.

Other issue is the form on the page mentioned is not sending emails and no error is being noted.
