I've upgraded to 2.0.10 helix ultimate, latest version of pagebuilder, and PHP 8.0 but having some major problems!
I've tried various browsers on both my pc and mac, same results.

Nope, no matter what browser I use or whether its my pc, my mac or my iphone I get a frontpage 404 error when I launch the editor from the backend or frontend.
Also, on the team registration page I used the form generator and it's not sending an email and is not presenting any error other than no email being received and I've checked spam folders.
Disable the Route 66 extension and check the front end editing.
