Hi,
before writing to the support I have already translated the file
language \ en-GB \ en-GB.com_spbooking.ini
but this part is not translated

Hi Giuseppe,
as far as I know you have to create a separate override, but I am also not sure how to do it. Once you have created it, you simply have to translate the strings into your language.
It would be pretty cool to receive some kind of documentation for language overrides!
