Joomla Vs SP PB Categories

I did try to search around as I assumed other have asked or its documented somewhere but no luck. So I just added the categories for my articles but also created some Pages that need categories too. It sees it only uses the SP PB categories. Should I be duplicating them there? If not how do I assign a Joomla Category to a Page Thank you

categories for pages are for order admin purpose only, they cannot be used in front-end view.
so if you planned display list of pages from menu item - not possible!

Accepted AnswerWas just testing some stuff but goog to know. I'm at the point now where I'm going to be working with Smart Search and JFilter. I had planned to have everything that I need filterable as an Article though building it via SP PB Pro. I am assuming (and hoping) that will work ok Cheers...
