Template Dylan > Contact Form does Not Send Email

Hi - in the = template "Dylan", under Joomla 4.1.5 - the contact page does not send an email. I corrected the given form in the Formbuilder (it referred in the Email Template to fields not in the form, such as {{last-name}} ....) I have it down to 5 items: name - email - phone - message - radio. (I disabled captcha for the moment).
The Submit (Get in Touch) button does nothing. No sending, no success or failure message. You hit the button and all what happens is it empties all the fields.
Testing sending of mails from the Global Configuration works fine. Is there any "action" to be associated with the Button I missed?

Apology for the inconvenience. Your issue is fixed now. Please check your site. You have used {{subject}} variable which is not present in your form elements. I have removed this variable from the form builder settings.
