Rental Template Update Error

In the Joomla updates panel there was the notification of the update available for the rental template from version 1.3 to 1.4; so I went to the download section of the Rental template, but I saw that there was only a 2.0 version. I have installed it, but it is an error, see attached image
What should I do?
(I tested this update locally, so I can't submit logins)

Accepted Answer... Furthermore, after updating the SP Page Builder to last version, the Articles Scroller addon (News carousel) shows only one article per column, despite having set 3 articles per column
