Can't Add Another Inner Row, Why?

Hi,

I wonder why i can't add another inner row anymore on this page

Can someone please help to check?

Everytime i add new inner row, when i hit save, it goes to a never ending load....

I found the solution, which is to request to hosting provider to disable the ModSecurity, this is based on my previous issue.

I wonder if there is a way that we don't need to disable ModSecurity to fix this bug.
