How To Add A Row About #sp-header

I thought top-1, 2 and 3 were positions above sp-header but they appear after that, within sp-main.
I need to add some content in a row above sp-header. How to do that?

yes, by default they are. But it depends on: used template, preset header and layout grid.
Sometimes the best way is to:
- Use different Preset header from the list, OR
- Recreate whole header and top-bar using Custom header. You will find details in Helix documenation, then you have more control how it works/looks.

Do you mean that other preset headers within Helix have the top positions located above sp-header?
I see that now. I had the preset header set to minimal layout. When I switched it to top bar layout, the top positions, 1 and 2, moved above the header. Much easier than creating a custom header just to deal with two links.
