I can only guess, that you add custom javascript or plugin that somehow damaged Helix template, otherwise 99% of users would have this same issue as you.

I guess you don't have it since beginning, am I right.

Do you remember and can you tell me what have you done it Template Options or installed / updated something in last days/week, any clue?

Or if just full amnesia (or "I didn't touch anything")- just share access to admin area ;]
