I saw that you in general unhappy with SPPB. Maybe using SPPB 4 is not the best idea for now. We all have to wait for 4.0.3 and upcoming versions. It's pain of all new products, even from Joomla, Wordpress, Apple, Microsoft, etc. Blue screen of dead from Windows, do you remember? I know, it's not exuse, just fact.

To be sure that you have PRO - reinstall with com_sppagebuilder_pro_v4.0.1.zip package, then clear browser cache. Download from https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension

@Heiko Müller I am sorry to intrupt here. Already, You wrote a review. Yes, You have the right to give a review of our product. You told us that fresh Joomla with Page Builder doesn't work. If this doesn't work then there is lots of solution and you have to give us time to check your issue. Cause, We have checked with Fresh Joomla with Page Builder 4. It works fine. Without deep investigation can't say any solution. After all, we are human & also you. So, Please assist us to solve your issue and help us to make a great product for you. Thank you
