Helix Ultimate Template File Overwrites V 2.0.10 On Joomla 4.1.5

Can someone advise on why there is two files on the v2.0.10 upload that replaces a the php code published in Joomla 4.1.5 with a caller to a Joomshaper function? Also, is this an issue for the application and will it cause issues for SP Page Builder Pro 4.0.1?? Do note I will be working on tomorrow in a substantial upgrade of my site and SP Page Builder pro is key to this.
