Changes Made In The Backend are Not Immediately Displayed In The Frontend

Hi, in my joomla installation 4.1.5, when I set up Helix Ultimate v. 2.0.10 as a default template, I cannot in any way see the changes (any changes) I make in the backend in the frontend. Joomla cache disabled, browser cache cleared ... nothing to do ... I have to wait a few minutes to see the changes in the frontend. How can this be solved? Thank you! Regards, Daniele

Hi Daniele, in general, they should be visible a second after SAVE. At least most users here have it (me included).

  1. Maybe you have database cache enabled (or sort of) in cPanel? Ask hosting support for details.
  2. Have you tried preview page from different browser or Incognito mode to see changes "faster"?
  3. .htaccess file default or changed by Akeeba Tools / Jch Optmize etc ?

Hi Paul, thanks for the reply, i did some tests and it seems the problem is with JCH optimize. When I deactivate the component, everything returns to normal. It would not seem to depend on the changes in htaccess. I will continue with the tests. Thank you! Best regards, Daniele

Change settings in JCH optimize it will help or just remember to click "Clear cache" there inside.
