SP Page Builder 4 Doesn't Open Pages Created With SP PB 3.x

With the latest version of Joomla and SP PageBuilder I get the following error message:

I already downgraded from PHP 8 to 7.4, clread all caches but still have no access to the pages created with the former 3.x version

You cannot visit the current page for one of the following reasons:
Overdue Bookmark/Favorites Invalid site page address The search engine cache links to an outdated website page You are not allowed to access the site page You can return to the main page of the site. syntax error, unexpected ')'

this answer doesn't helps. Issue cannot be solved with this description. All chaches already cleared multiple times. Page is existing as I can access to the page on the website. Entering edit mode still fails. Any other ideas?
Can I downgrade to 3.8.8?
