Search Doesn't Pick Up Results From Sp Pagebuilder Pages

We are using SP Page Builder 3.8.10 with the Helix Ultimate template 2.0.14 De version of Joomla is 4.3.2

We have the search box enabled in the menu bar.

When we type in a search keyword in the search box the engine doesn't pick-up results from sp page builder pages. Only results of Joomla articles are shown.

We want that the results from the pb pages are also shown. How can we do that?

This is question to Joomla Team, becuase this is Core feature. But as I remember you have to click "Index" from time to time.

But I also found that tip about "auto-index":

Hello agv_joomshaper

Please go to Plugins and enable SP Page Builder Search plugin. Then go to Components -> Smart Search and index SP Page Builder pages. Then the search option will work.

@Phons , If I may be more specific....

Depending on used the search component in search module, enable both or one of these plugins:

  • Search - SP Page Builder
  • Smart Search - SP Page Builder

If 2nd - after enabling, in Componets > Smart Search: Indexed Content > Index (button)

Thanks Paul. I had enabled both plug-ins but I didn't that I have to index the pages manually. After indexing the pagings the search works fine.

Are the pages indexed automatically or do we have to do it manually when we make changes?
