Google Search Engine Results On Pagebuilder Pages

I have a few pages that I built in SP Pagebuilder and all of a sudden my Google search results are showing gibberish in the meta descriptions.

I am using PHP 7.4.33 and Joomla 3.10.12 and SPPB version 3.8.10.

I have temporarily removed the urls from Google until I figure this out. The search results are fine in Bing and Duckduckgo. Strange. The source code of the home page seems fine so not sure what is going on.

Here is a screenshot of the search results before I removed them. Not even sure if this is a Pagebuilder issue but my Contact page and my Home page are built with SPPB. I have a few tickets open with Google so I will report back if it ends up being a Google bug.

Hi Ralph,

Your Meta and OG description seems to be totally OK, that's why I recommend to talk with SEO Expert (Google certifiate) from your city/country what it can be. Malware or Google mistake.

As I am not a Google employee, I can't give you a straight answer as to what caused this.

  1. Scan website with Firewall/Malware scanner just in case of.
  2. Generate website sitemap and send URL to it to Google to reindex, it may help after a few days.

I believe the site is not hacked. I already checked that. It seems to be a Google bug because site files are fine. Search results are also fine in all other search engines. I have a ticket open with Google. I will report back once I find out what happened. Thanks for the reply.
