HI
when enable the search for Helix Ultimate in the configuration Helix Ultimate finder search doesnt show search image.
So seems to be a bug with the Helix Ultimate and it doesnt pick up the image in search results to each search results.
Joomla 5.0.1 php 8.1.23 latest Helix Ultimate
Hi,
And does Cassiopea template display them?
Becuase also during my test I couldn't see any image in Smart Search result page.
I can do and see the images if I do a search with Stackideas Toolbar when I am in the EasyBlog, EasySocial menu and have that Stackideas Toolbar where there is a search field inside the menus there. But same search on same menu with top Helix Ultimate menu search doesnt show the search images in search results.
If I search there the images comes up but never when I search in the Helix Ultimate "tool bar" search where you can config search or not there.
latest Helix and Joomla 5.0.1
So when searching with Stackideas Toolbar all images are shown there...
But EasyBlog uses its own posts system. It doesn't search in articles, pages or components like Joomla.
So this is a different environment, without comparison, EB/ES component is just looking for a rim of its content.
If Joomla core would use it, we can implement inside Helix.
Sorry Paul there you are wrong.. with Stackideas Toolbar it also do advance Finder search joomla articles, tags, categories, users, EasyBlog, EasySocial, EasyDicuss, Komento and some other non Stockideas integrated Joomla extensions as well...
Thanks for info, I didn't know all details, so they built a separate system to search etc.
But the question is whether it's not Joomla Core that should have this capability, at least for articles. Without using an extra extension. Maybe give that suggestion to Joomla Team.
Yes I see somewhere other people have problem with this too so I guess its a bug could be..
