SP Pagebuilder 4 Not Opening Pages Created By SP Pagebuilder 3

I'm running the latest version on SP Pagebuilder 4 Pro, but when I try to open an article previously created using version 3 all I get is the spinning logo.
If I go to the main SP Pagebuilder on the menu it says 'lets get started' so I assume it's not recognising that version 3 was previoulsy installed.
What do I need to do please..

Do you have website backup which was Page Builder 3 installed?

If you visit the Akeeba backup page, you can download prevoius backups from there or do an instant backup as the site is again running Pagebuilder 3 again.

Accepted AnswerWhich one? And Every file is JPA format. Can you give me zip after unzip JPA file. Cause, My macbook doesn't support JPA extractor.

Accepted AnswerYou need to upload it to a web enviroment, then use the extraction wizard to unpack/install it.
You need to create a localhost on your mac to run it https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3083 or if you have a dev site you can upload the backup and wizzard and it will overwrite it.
How do I restore my backups?
You can restore your backups on any server, even a different one than the one you took your backup on. Follow our video tutorial. Accepted AnswerI'm not sure how to do that to be honest, but I did notice there are online converters, but if you have localhost running on your computer all you need to do is follow the instructions above..
